Stephen Finnegan

Gardaí are seeking public assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 20 year old Stephen Finnegan from Howth, Co. Dublin, who is missing since 2nd February 2000.

He is described as being 5ft 9ins in height, of slim build with pale complexion, short brown hair and blue eyes.

The car which Stephen drove was found abandoned at Howth, Dublin.

They are placed on the missing persons register and the gardai do say they still investigate them. The only thing is if they are not getting information in that will help them with the investigation their hands are tied also.
