Re Sagres, they'd have needed a car to get there. I don't think this visit is in the book, they allegedly didn't leave the 'compound' except to go to the supermarket.

I have read somewhere - it'll take ages to find it again! - that someone saw them in Sagres at Easter. As they were supposed to be in Donegal it seems impossible. But it's just a two hour flight, so imo not so impossible to visit both places at Easter. I'm not convinced by the Donegal happy family reunion in any case - first visit ever for Kate and Gerry so how close are those ties?


The buggy saga is rather ridiculous - didn't Iris run a topic on questions answered before they were asked? Because the twins had to be carried all the way to the Millennium as there were no buggies, they decided to have breakfast at 5a and never went there again.
Hmm, two athletic strong parents who really, really hate a five minute walk carrying their children - as AnnaEsse has said too, they carry their children like so much shopping - it seems to be a chore.

The non buggy situation was miraculously solved after Maddie disappeared, or did they have one for the ice cream on the beach episode? Which didn't happen anyway. So hard to keep track of the props when you're lying!

So was all this to answer the question why they were the only ones having breakfast at home?

Didn't the ocean club have buggies to rent out?
