The butcher who was in corrie is dead, the other one referred to is alive, also had small part in
corrie for a while and famous daughter, he also appeared in a comedy prog years ago. He was probably best known for his role in the comedy programme.

Yes i think we should make it absolutely clear.I say absolutely clear that at no point during this discussion has anyone suggested that any of these characters either dead or alive,i say dead or alive are anything but the best actors ever and the most upright of citizens,allegedly imo.

I just thought we are talking about past actors on corrie seeing corrie is such a popular programme and many of the old actors on it have been forgotten so good to recall some of them here today.

Well, actually I started the whole he's dead thing. But I was reading he died in Corrie as in the character died in 2006, not the actor! The actor is alive.

So it's all kind of my fault this thread has gone the way it has.

I feel sorry for people trying to catch up tomorrow lol

As long as no more names get mentioned that we have to take a guess at!

Like i said this is all allegedly and only in our personal opinions and without prejudice and all those we have been talking about are without a doubt the best actors ever and have never ever had anything whatsoever to do with anything remotely inappropriate or ever had any contact at all with jimmy saville as far as we are aware anyway.
