MADELEINE MCCANN REBEL IN COURT OVER ACCUSATIONS
A FORMER solicitor faces a nervous wait to find out if he will be jailed for accusing Madeleine McCann’s parents of covering up her death.
Kate and Gerry McCann claim Tony Bennett, 65, is in contempt of court for breaching promises that he would not repeat the allegations.
They claim he has broken his legal undertaking 26 times in the past three years.
Mr Bennett said he was only repeating what hundreds of others have said on the web and in books.
But he told Mr Justice Tugendhat at the High Court in London that if he had broken the terms of his order, he was sorry.
The judge said the McCanns feared that their campaign to find her would suffer if people thought she was dead, as they would not report sightings.
He reserved his ruling and hopes to give a decision within two weeks.

Re: MADDIE IS 'FOUND'!
POLICE have taken a DNA sample from a girl in New Zealand after repeated claims she is Madeleine McCann.
It was obtained at the request of Scotland Yard after another sighting of the youngster on New Year’s Eve.
Her striking resemblance to Madeleine, who vanished in 2007 from her parents’ Portuguese holiday apartment, has been reported to Kiwi police a number of times.
Officers launched a five-day investigation last month when a shopkeeper in Queenstown became suspicious of a man and the young girl.
Det Sgt Kallum Croudis confirmed the force would be sending a DNA profile of the girl to the Met in London.
He said: “Police will be sending a DNA profile to confirm the identity of a girl who has been mistaken for Madeleine by a member of the public.”
The girl has not been named but is said to have a similar eye defect to Madeleine, who has not been seen by dad Gerry and mum Kate, both 44, since she was three.
It is understood the child’s DNA was given voluntarily to police.
Queenstown police said last month they were “absolutely satisfied” she was not Madeleine, who went missing from the Ocean Club complex in Praia da Luz just before her fourth birthday.
It is not the first time a child has been DNA-tested in relation to the case.
In 2011 a girl spotted in India with a Belgian man and French woman was tested.
The British High Commission in Wellington refused to comment.
Doctors Gerry and Kate, of Rothley, Leics, have kept up a high-profile campaign to find their eldest daughter, who would be nine.

If they really want to know if the girl is Maddie...then simply check for the birthmark on her left leg. This will save all this unnecessary PR DNA rubbish

Oh well no more 'sightings' now until TB returns to court!
Should we start 'a book' on what the next 'sighting' will be?
We know WHEN it will be but what will it be?
I'm going for.............." at the McScam house, at the bottom of their 150 metre garden, playing in their faux tapas bar"

We've had New Zealand and Brazil (via Tenerife airport) lately....My bet is on Morocco next...Not had one there for a while and this is one of the mccanns favourites
Or maybe just up the road from Richard Bransons sister Vanessa's hotel with Howell James in Marrakech? ( Riad El Fenn,) Just like on May 9th 2007, just 6 days after Maddie was reported missing there amazingly was a sighting here

There's this one:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-517895/Is-Madeleine-Britain-Dorset-councillor-claims-She-came-house-Portuguese-couple.html#axzz2KA6VUGdk
My favourite bit from this article:
"Straight away they struck me as odd. The woman said she was Italian but they were speaking fluent Portuguese.
"The man had a few days' growth on his face and was wearing filthy clothes. He told me they ran a language centre in Weymouth but then the woman hit him and told him to be quiet."

I seem to remember something about someone selling garden furniture and a couple arriving to buy it and having a Madeleine look a like with them. I am going way way back with this though.

Re: MADDIE IS 'FOUND'!
That's interesting jd16, I note it was published by the Portugese Police, with all the photos the McCanns have used , why didn't they think of posting this on their website.?jd16 wrote:
