Well that yard was extensively searched at least twice, so I suspect it's a very old article that has resurfaced.
In any event, I don't think either RM or his dear old Mum would appreciate a Resident cadaver.

I often find that accessing old articles on Media sites gives "today's date" ............ a bit like inserting "Date" into a Word Processor and selecting "Automatically Update".

A South African researcher ensures that the body of Madeleine McCann is buried in the yard of Robert Murat, in the Algarve. Stephen Birch wrote to Scotland Yard and the Judicial Police to tell their discoveries.
Speaking to the "Morning Post" claimed to have detected all the 60 cm depth. His suspicions were confirmed by images taken by a "geo-radar" of the British police.
The newspaper writes that an international expert, contacted by the investigator, said he had no doubt that there is an object buried in the area concerned.
While in Praia da Luz, Birch oversaw the Murat house 24 hours a day, with the help of two assistants and even four times to enter the yard at night.
In his statements to the newspaper does not make accusations, ensuring that their aim is to discover where the body was buried, because "once removed, will be much easier to solve this case." The South African believes that in time, Murat's house was not "investigated in the most correct."
Madeleine disappeared a few days before to four years, May 3, 2007, the room where he slept with the two twin brothers, the youngest, in an apartment in a resort in Praia da Luz in the Algarve.

Murat villa search finds no clues
A SEARCH of Robert Murat’s home at Praia da Luz over the weekend failed to find any new evidence to help in the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
Robert Murat, who denies any involvement with the disappearance and shares the villa with his mother, was present during most of the search.
Publicly the police have not commented on the results of the weekend search but the BBC is reporting today (Monday) that it revealed nothing to link Mr Murat to Madeleine.
British and Portuguese detectives searched the house and garden using hi-tech scanning equipment and a British sniffer dog.
Officially Mr Murat remains a suspect and this week detectives will re-examine a car and a van used by him and his elderly mother.
Mr Murat believes that in time he will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
His spokesman, Tuck Price, said he was doing his best to help the police with their inquiries.
Mr Murat, who was declared a suspect 10 days after Madeleine was last seen, was not arrested or questioned.
• On Sunday, Madeleine's parents Kate and Gerry McCann attended Mass at a local Catholic church in Praia da Luz.

It's not making much sense. That investigator states that he entered the back yard of Murat's house four times at night. With the permission of the family? Trespassing? According to an entry on The McCann Files, when the police originally searched the house and garden, all vegetation was cleared and high tech equipment was used, as well as an English sniffer dog.

Not sure why they would want to do it at night if they had permission. There are a number of possibilities if the original search was thorough:
1) It's b/s but trying to point the finger in Murat's direction again for some reason
2) Something is there which wasn't there when the searches were made.
3) It's a friend of Danie Krugel with another magic machine
4) It's just b/s.

If it is true it could possibly mean many things. Not sure there is a lot of mileage (excuse the pun) in speculating what though until the garden has been dug up again (if it ever is).

I have the CdM paper and there is a 4 page spread about this whole. This guy Birch is a real estate developer and is fascinated with the Maddie case. He believes that once the body is found it will be possible to solve the case. He also states that he believes that Maddie died accidentally that night and was buried at Murat's house because it had easy access. He is also convinced that Murat and his family are not involved. He also praised Gonçalo Amaral, considering him an honest and competent person and a policeman with many years of experience.
This guy staked out Murat's house 24 hours a day and when Murat left the house he went in with his collaborators 4 times. He does not believe that the PJ and the British police searched the grounds wells enough although this was done twice. Gonçalo Amaral responds that the searches carried out by the PJ were exhaustive and the whole area was looked at.
That is more or less what was said in the article.

So, will we have to wait for the Pink Pimp to make yet another announcement?
If so will it be his normal comments of 'unhelpful, hurtful to Kate and Gerry and hindering their ongoing search for Madeleine'?
