Is this the 14-16 year old with braces that they suspect was taken for sex trafficking? First we have Maddie at 5-6 years old in Greece, and now she is 14-16 in Ireland!

'Maddie' found in Greece
'Maddie' found in Ireland
What the hell next?
'Maddie' found in layby near Barnsley
'Santa Claus' found in luxury penthouse in Bahamas
'Lord Lucan' found in seedy nightclub dressed as Old Mother Riley
'Shergar' found in Crap-U-Eat Kebab House
'Fly' found in Soup. Diner complains
If the sordid, cowardly press removed its head from Team McCann's ass for just a moment, it might just stop believing that its average reader does not have the intellect of an amoeba.
If they hadn't been breathing in all that methane, they'd have sniffed the winds of change by now ...

Keep up at the back there, Jinvta!
This is a girl of about 7 found in Dublin.
http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/346715/Second-girl-found-living-with-Roma-family
Borrowing a crystal ball from the gypsies, I now foresee a spate of similar sightings all over the world to reinforce the image that Madeleine could definitely have been taken by someone in the travelling community.
The parents of Lisa Irwin (the baby who "disappeared from her bedroom" two years ago) have also jumped on the bandwagon to express their hope that she will be found.

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
I feel sure there are going to be more of these 'child snatching' gypsy stories coming along. I'm also sure that if it wasn't for all the current hype re the Mccanns these stories would be hard pushed to find a couple of sentences at the bottom of a page. I suppose we are to believe that gypsy families don't have any feelings for the children who are brought up by them and live with them. This current hyped up reporting is really making me angry, where are the genuine and honest journalists these days? Silly question, they quite simply don't exist.

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
You know, I am starting to wonder WHY the mccanns are doing sod all re the star ridiculous headlines.
I am also wondering how the hell these children who are thousands off miles apart, have conveniently been 'found'.
Something in my water is telling me why the Mccanns are keeping quite and who found these poor children.
But then it would be ridiculous to assume who and why it's being done at this particular moment, wouldn't it .

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
The McCanns made a big deal back in the day about their daughter being called Maddie by the press, remember ? Seems it's ok now again.
Where is Clarence when they need him ? Would think he should be spinning and commenting to tell us about his clients disgust at the current headlines.
I fear the case in Ireland is going to turn out to be a mistake, one big cock-up by the authorities.
The cynic in me thinks there is agenda to show the Gardai to be as useless as their Portugese counterparts who cannot even take a statement from a witness about abduction sightings..........o.k., I will take some tablets and lie down for a while, I'm obviously imagining things.

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
Yes, why isn't Clarrie doing his usual bluster, as he normally would when something has made the McCanns 'furious'?
Why doesn't he say that his clients were elated when they saw the headline, but when they read the story they were angry and upset? Why doesn't he ask why this has happened twice now? And why are the press playing cruel games?
Hell, he could even say that he wasn't going to dignify those headlines with a comment.
But ............ silence?

And the cynic in me says that these children weren't just 'come across' by accident either.
If you go looking for something eventually you will find it.
And now we have Leicester mercury asking that question today ..
'The Mercury asked the Met if Roma camps were being looked at for potential leads. However, the force did not comment'

If Maddie was your missing child these headlines would surely be making you ill.You would be banging on the Prime Ministers door asking him to get these papers to shut the f*ck up wouldn't you ?
Extraordinarily bad taste even for our press standards.
I guess the pro forums are quite comfortable with it.

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
It's now being reported that a second child, a two year old boy, was taken from his family yesterday, placed in care and returned to the family today. Concerns were raised over his appearance.
Nothing else ve specific said.
I despair.

absolutely kitti, it seems the parents are the natural parents of the child. and never mind castigating Roma people, id be more impressed if they took down people in high places who are paedophiles or child abusers.

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
Sorry if this has already been posted. A second girl was taken from a Roma family in Dublin
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/greece-girl-maria-found-second-2481967
A second blonde girl has been seized from a gypsy family amid fears she is a kidnap victim.
The case of little Maria – seized from a Roma gypsy family in Greece last week – has led to a high alert in the international hunt for child trafficking.
And yesterday a second youngster was at the centre of a major probe after being removed from a Roma family in Dublin.
The eight-year-old was taken into care after suspicions were raised about the fair-haired youngster’s striking looks.
She stood out from the rest of her siblings because of her clear blue eyes and light complexion.
Neighbours say she also spoke far better English.
Police raided the family home in Tallaght, West Dublin, on Monday following a tip-off to the Irish television station TV3.
Officers were not convinced by documents for the girl - which the family showed them.
A passport and birth certificate could not be verified and hospital staff had no record of her birth.
The latest swoop follows a similar operation in central Greece when 'Maria', aged five or six, was found living with a gypsy family.
Her “parents” Hristos Salis, 39, and Eleftheria Dimopoulou, 40, have been charged with abduction after DNA tests proved the child was not theirs.
The police investigation of both cases has given renewed hope to the parents of missing Madeleine McCann, who was just three when she vanished on a family holiday to Portugal in 2007.
A spokesman for Kate and Gerry McCann said last night: “It shows that missing children can still be out there waiting to be found.”
But yesterday the Roma family in Dublin insisted the girl IS related to them and begged to take DNA tests to prove it – saying that light hair and blue eyes run in her family.
The girl’s aunt said the family moved to Ireland in 2001 and that the girl was born in 2006 at Dublin’s Coombe hospital.
She said: “We are very angry about this because we haven’t been given any reason why she has been taken away from us.
"I think it is just because she looks so different. But my uncle has blonde hair and blue eyes. And her brother also has blue eyes.
“She was crying when they took her. It was a shock for everybody. She didn’t want to go with them. We didn’t know what was happening.”
The aunt added: “She’s a great girl, she’s really cute and loves to sing.”
The girl's parents are said to have given DNA swabs last night, with the results expected today. A family friend said: “I am 100% sure the child is theirs.”
Health workers in Dublin have applied for an eight-day care order. The family is contesting the move.
A source close to the police investigation said: “The girl had light skin and blonde hair – she stood out like a sore thumb from the rest of the children in the house.”

I think this is a misleading article. It is not a second Irish girl, but second as in the Greek girl was first, as far as I know.
The second Irish child was a boy, so will not get great coverage in the media I bet.

Re: "Maddie" Found in Ireland
Quite frankly it is wrong for the Mccanns to mention Madeleine to the twins at all. I well remember when Kate was asked how the twins were coping with her, she replied 'well they had very little to do with her', or words to that effect. I very much doubt that the twins had any idea who Madeleine was and I very much doubt they have ever missed her, they obviously barely knew her. If their lives are being ruined then they are being ruined by the parents who are bringing them up with a ghost they never knew but the ghost is being pushed into every aspect of their young lives. In my opinion it is very wrong.
