Lorraine Kelly & Tony Parsons Columns

Both Lorraine Kelly & Tony Parsons have done 'pieces' about Madeleine
in today's 'The Sun', & 'Daily Mirror'.

As usual, both are 100% believing in the 'Abdution' claim, & Lorraine cannot
resist having a dig at the Portuguese Police, via her comment about the British
Police, who are doing the 'Case Review'. (Like so many of Gerry & Kate's
blindly loyal supporters, she seems to be totally unaware that British Police
were involved in the Case, in May 2007. Instead, the fact that Madeleine
has not been found, is the fault of the Portuguese Police - according to the
likes of Lorraine).

Never Give Up

IT is six years since Madeleine McCann disappeared.
Her parents Kate and Gerry have never given up
hope that one day they will be reunited with their daughter
and they are pinning those hopes on the review of the case
by British police, painstakingly going through every piece
of evidence.
How I wish those officers had been involved from the
moment Madeleine went missing.
Kate and Gerry have somehow managed to keep functioning,
not least because they have to take care of their twins Amelie
and Sean. They even managed a wry smile when I asked them
how they will cope when the twins want to have more freedom
and go on sleep-overs, and said it was something they were
"working on".
Kate and Gerry will never give up on their daughter. We can
play our part by continuing to distribute posters and never ever
forgetting Madeleine.

Now, we have Tony Parsons, writing as if all parents would
be in the same situation as Gerry & Kate, if it were not for
'The Abductor' on May 3rd 2007. It is 100% sympathy from
Tony, who seems to see nothing wrong with Gerry & Kate leaving
their three children alone, or with their behaviour, since that night.

He is either stupid, or he thinks his readers are. He compares
briefly taking your eyes off your child, in a shop etc., to Gerry
& Kate's behaviour! As if going several yards to a Tapas Bar
- more than once - and leaving 3 little children alone - is the
same as losing sight of your child in a shop! And he always
writes about Gerry & Kate as if he's a 60 Year old Woman,
writing a 'Tragic Romance'!, for Mills & Boon!

MADDY IS IN OUR MINDS

YESTERDAY was six years to the day that three-year-old Madeleine McCann
disappeared from a holiday apartment in Portugal.
"Please don't forget about her," says Madeleine's mother Kate.
There is no chance of that, Kate.
Madeleine captured our imagination because in her smiling photographs, her
tragic disappearance and in the unimaginable grief of her mother and father,
every parent was confronted with their worst nightmare.
Most parents know what it is like to briefly lose track of a child. In a store
or on the beach - you look away and think they are gone. You think that
they are with your partner, but they are not.
And as you search you feel a sickness in your heart like nothing you have
ever known.
When our daughter was small, my wife and I lost track of her for 30 minutes
after a ballet class. It was the longest - and worst - half hour of my life.
I can't pretend to imagine what Kate and Gerry McCann have been through.
I can't guess at what they endure every day of their lives.
But I know we will never forget the smiling three-year-old who was so
cruelly taken from her family.
And I know that there but for the grace of God goes any one of us.

I can make some allowances for nice but dim Lorraine Kelly but Tony Parsons is an absolute disgrace. I'll never forget his attack on the Portuguese police in the early days and it's clear that he hasn't researched the subject at all since then.

They managed a huge giggling session only a few days after the abduction, so surely a wry smile is a step backwards?

Every PIECE of evidence will include all the T9 contradictary statements and the 'untruths' in Kates bewks!
