So, if SY have discounted creche man as just a holidaymaker, have they discounted beach man as well?

The Carpenters apartment was identified as Fp02 in his statement, link below. As far as I am aware there are no night crèche records in the released files.

They have used that many identity fits they have no more to dream up. It seems they are now having to use old ones to fit any situation. I swear one of those men they put up in the rogues gallery the other week had a strong resemblance to the Posh look alike in Barcelona.

Thanks Lioned. The only reason I asked was that I found him less friendly on CW (which means nothing of course) but was interested to see of he had gone back to the buddy buddy Kate and Gerry club afterwards.
I will say he came across to me a little more professional in CW than he had in previous tv appearances, insofar as he seemed a little more distant from them.
Who can guess the agenda, they all seem to have been brainwashed into forgetting its about a three year old little girl.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
I have never had any doubts about Andy Redwood since he first said the McCann's were not suspects. He has been told what to do about this case and that is the end of it. Never thought for a second that it was a ploy to fool them. We sometimes get wishful thinking moments on the forum but as they say If it looks like a duck etc.... What infuriates me is he could have done all this in the first 12 months, (allowing time for pretending to actually look at the case properly) and saved the British taxpayers a shed load of money. Makes me furious

Re: Andy Redwood...?
I think we need to NOT try to prove things, it's easier to disprove things I think like finding beach man .
The night creche records need to be found and looked at as deadwood said their were 9 or 11 children in the creche that night.
Carpenter didn't use the creche so wasn't him that night and also his child was three and the child seen with the man was two and tanner would off seen the mother too.....she didn't....so Mr carpenter it couldn't off been.
And I can't see mr carpenter taking his children to the tapas with their PJ's on either.
We need to disprove what deadwood is trying to prove ....and we can do that as everything we need is in the files do that.

Thank you x
I wonder why their is no night creche records to view.
Anyway, my betting is the pj have already looked at this and found it irrelevant.

You can take you child to the night creche from 7.30 till midnight ...don't know if they can stay there the full 5 hours or just 1-2 hours...I doesn't stipulate it anywhere.....it's free.

I agree with Krisy 22 Kitti, you are a very good sleuth with a long memory.kitti wrote:I think we need to NOT try to prove things, it's easier to disprove things I think like finding beach man .

I did look for the Carpenter statements on mccannfiles and did see the Husbands statement......can't find it now (as usual) but you might try. I'm sure I read that he said he was sitting at the next table to the Tapas Group and got into conversation with the McCanns. He says he and his wife left the Restaurant about 9/930pm, with their children Do you want to check it out?

Re: Andy Redwood...?
Mr carpenter did leave between 9.15-9.30 the tapas where he ate at a table next to the mccanns and crossed between cars and his wife remembered hearing 'maddie.....maddie'...so that leaves the time right that the mccanns table was empty before that as TWO waiters have stated that.

The first call is 41 minutes 29 secs AFTER KM 'found' Madeleine 'gone'Panda wrote:Sorry Kitti, I can't see the significance, can you explain?kitti wrote:http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/P11/11_VOLUME_XIa_Page_3051.jpg
The two phone calls to the GNR on 3rd
The second one is 52 minutes 39 secs AFTER KM 'found' Madeleine 'gone'
But Mrs Fenn was told by GM that the police had been phoned straight away after Madeleine had gone and she wasn't to bother phoning the police as it had already been 'done'.
The first call to the GNR was over FORTY minutes AFTER KM's 'discovery'.
NO RUSH THEN!
"During the day nothing unusual happened, until almost 22.30 when, being alone again, she heard the hysterical shouts from a female person, calling out ?we have let her down? which she repeated several times, quite upset. Mrs Fenn then saw that it was the mother of little Madeleine who was shouting furiously. Upon leaning over the terrace, after having seen the mother, Mrs Fenn asked the father, Gerry, what was happening to which he replied that a small girl had been abducted. When asked, she replied that she did not leave her apartment, just spoke to Gerry from her balcony, which had a view over the terrace of the floor below. She found it strange that Gerry when said that a girl had been abducted, he did not mention that it was his daughter and that he did not mention any other scenarios. At that moment she offered Gerry help, saying that he could use her phone to contact the authorities, to which he replied THAT THIS HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE It was just after 22.30."
http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/PAMELA_FENN.htm
So on the face of it WHY did GM tell Mrs Fenn that the authorities had already been 'contacted' BEFORE 10:30pm when the first call to the GNR was at 10:41:29?
