Interesting. Wonder if this means it has been wound up.

If the Fund has been "expired" is it too much to hope that they at last admit that Madeleine has as well.

No more funds coming into their coffers? Means that k will have to go back to work although I had read somewhere that she had but not at the practice she was at before. Cannot remember exactly what it said she was doing.

I read somewhere that she was quoted as saying that she had a job and that it was "in medicine," but that was all the details she gave.

So can I!!!!!! "in medicine" covers all aspects. Seeing as how she dealt with so many corpses in the days/weeks leading to the holiday, I wonder if she is working with the pathologist or coroner. She seems to have more of an affinity with the dead.

That's a thought Keela, perhaps that was the only area of medicine that was left open to her. Given that she was known to be on medication for depression and wasn't it ma Healey who commented that Madeleine herself was a handful for Kate? In a layman's terms she has made herself unable to fulfil her contractual duties through ill health.
