Sergey Malinka Empty ENFANTS KIDNAPPES Kates diary and Malinka

Post  Guest Sun 3 Aug - 7:54

Kate's dairy.

In recent days, the Portuguese press published elements of the diary of Kate. These elements are part of the case. It is likely that the party published is a part of personal notes of a former inspector of the PJ and that the newspaper publishes. Strongly supported by its editor, the newspaper does not hesitate to disclose many elements of the investigation and that, in response to the dictatorial threats of Clarence Mitchell, spokesman for McCann. We decided, our association not to mention the contents of this dairy because as its name suggests, it is a INTIME dairy. Furthermore, its content is not a proof. Quite the contrary. This is not the first time an offender tries to manipulate the police stating things contrary to his guilt in his diary, knowing that sooner or later the police will read it. Attention, we are not saying that this is the case for Kate McCann. We just want to explain that this diary in no way constitutes an element of guilt or innocence. Access to the file having not yet cleared, the hypothesis that this is part of personal notes of a member of the investigation, seems more than likely. If we can understand the bitterness of having been withdrawn from an investigation by a hierarchy that submit, facing political pressure of a foreign power, one is entitled to ask questions about the usefulness of such details desclosure.. Ok, he does publish only the parties relating to the case but nevertheless I feel a certain unease in this attitude.

Malinka

Sergey Malinka age 23 lived in Praia da Luz and was a friend of Robert Murat reminds us of the Portuguese press. He was involved in the turmoil of the case because it was the last to have contacted Robert Murat after the disappearance of Madeleine. He,also made the web page of the company that Robert Murat directs with Michaela Walczuch. Even though it was only heard as a witness, PJ was suspected him of being involved in the disappearance of Maddie. The questioning was tough and could be heard from outside. Members of the PJ were angry that their questions remained unanswered. His phone was placed under listening but nothing was revealed. The Russian was heard on May 16 two days after Robert Murat has been suspected of kidnapping Madeleine. The past of Malinka has not played in his favor. The latter had maintained sexual relations with minors what makes him a potential predator. The Portuguese press did not specify the age of minors. Were they girls or boys? The answer is certainly in the case file. A case to be made public soon ...

Access to the file.

The case will be made public as soon as this Monday, said the Portuguese press. But we can not imagine to what extent! Indeed, the case will be available to journalists who demand access from Monday morning to the court of Portimao, and that from official sources. The contents of the dossier will be spread in broad daylight by interposed newspapers . I think Clarence Mitchell will have a lot of trials to prepare. Will they have time to look for Madeleine?

A portion of the case remains under the secrecy of justice.

Parents sent to Portugal some of their British lawyers to join the firm in charge of Portuguese interests of the parents. Together they will see a substantial portion of the case. Nearly 20,000 pages. These pages will be copied and then sent to R-U. Afterwards, parents will send the case to the detective agency that they have committed. However, parents like the journalists will not have access to the entire case. The PGR has decided to keep underthe cover of secret justice part of the case. The judge in charge of the case has received and accepted a request to keep certain information under the secrecy of justice. Very quickly many people have imagined that the PJ was behind and that it would be interested in the investigation on a few tracks. It is, of course, possible in view of a certain excitement that has prevailed since a few days within the Judicial Police and investigators. But there is another explanation which we were echoing on July 20 last. Remember:

A judge and two policemen, including Stuart Prior, liaison officer with PJ, went to the Court of Portimao to ask the Public Ministry not to release the secret of justice on the whole " Maddie " file. Motivations of this approach would be different, according to the Portuguese press. There would be, on the one hand, the fact that the British police would like to keep secret the contents of the list of British citizens classified as "paedophiles" living in the Algarve. These are known paedophiles been clearly identified on a list that the British authorities have surrendered to the PJ and is part of the dossier "Maddie". The lifting of the secrecy of justice would make the content of the list accessible to the public. The other reason, according to the Portuguese press, is that the request would not lift the secrecy of Justice on the results of DNA tests. It seems that the English do not wish to disclose the preliminary report of the lab in Birmingham in which it is established that 15 of the 19 genetic markers coincide perfectly with DNA Madeleine McCann. This report was contradicted later. The remains gathered behind the sofa, according to the first report coincided also with the DNA profile of Madeleine McCann. This report has comforted the PJ And the British liaison officer in their suspicions about the fact that Madeleine is dead between 17:30 and 22:00 at the Ocean Club Praia da Luz and that the body had been transported in a car rented by parents, 22 days later. "

The DNA results

In our next article we'll talk in more detail of results of DNA and a geneticist expert in DNA analysis will answer some questions that our readers will arise ... (more ...)

If Malinka had done anything like that I am sure M3 would have pulled it out of their PI hats....and all the British news would have been on about it for months!

If all the media can get this information from the files tomorrow, we'll be getting news for a whole week from Portugal. If the media here dont print it we know the Mccanns have protection from higher sources.
