To be quite honest, I am becoming disheartened. After their performance at Leveson this week, they are back where they were in the beginning in the eyes of the media etc..... Poor, badly treated victims who deserve the utmost sympathy. No UK paper will now dare to print the Gaspar statements, etc. The UK media will not dare print anything unfavourable which may come out of the libel hearing in Feb.

I'm really trying to be optimistic, but I think they have won. Game over. They have succeeded in painting themselves whiter than white in the UK media, IMO.

Maybe the good old public and our Media believe the Mcs, at the moment..............BUT bring on

Hello Shabby Tiger, the McCanns may have succeeded in painting themselves whiter than white in the media, but we know how the media like to put people on a pedestal and then knock them down. The media know full well that the McCanns are guilty of at least neglect of their children, they have access to the same information as us, so they can't possibly think anything else.

I'll never give up on Madeleine, as I said in a previous post, Madeleine has no voice. We the Madeleine supporters, have been the voice Madeleine was denied, we have to keep on speaking on behalf of Madeleine and on behalf of other children, who may suffer the same fate as Madeleine, if the McCanns walk away from their crimes.

I'm not going to give up. Don't post very often, but try and look in each day and appreciate reading all of your posts. The trial in February should bring the heat up a bit, but what is happening with the Scotland Yard investigation? Surely they will talk to Lee Rainbow.

Watched the dynamic duo last week at the enquiry (thanks Hidehi!). Kate is certainly a liability.

Kitti....i think it is like everything else in this country [England] it is a case of if im alright jack ..stuff everything else ...they only involve themselves ..if it actually concerns or threatens there own lives...like as in life goes on...

the media etc have done so so much damage ..by the lack of information..where it has all become yesterdays news...and if anything the feed back i see ..is they are sick of seeing the whining mccs and have forgotten what all started it ...basically what happened to maddie is forgotten ..maddie is forgotten ...

i remember a few years ago when the faces of the soldiers were in the paper and the sorrow you felt for that face ...then it went on and on and on then eventually although i am ashamed to say ...i just flicked past those pages ...that is what i think happens with the majority...

if the truth ever comes out ...you will get those majority saying ...i knew it was them ...but wont do a damn thing now because they are too wrapped up in there own little lives ....and leave it to everyone else ...yet the ones who can do something ...choose to do nothing...

Sadly l do now think the Mcs will get away with whatever crime they committed, from the lesser charge of neglect upto whatever the PJ had in their secret files and whatever the Met will uncover..

How they were allowed to sit at the Leveson enquiry last week pulling apart newspaper headlines and declare them lies staggers belief. That information is contained within the police files - not just the Portuguese police as they were assisted by UK police and both came to the same conclusion that the parents have something to answer for!

The only place those headlines can be declared lies is in a courtroom which the Mcs have yet to face - even if it's only Amaral or Pat Brown.

Sadly l don't think the Met will overturn the monster the Mcs have created, l have no faith in the police anymore - anyhting can be bought as we have seen.

so do i margaret ...they have got away with everything its still the mcc circus of events..an what they say goes end of....

yet for god sake it wouldn't take a miracle to to show them for what they are ...imagine if they suddenly all had to recount what happened that nite and all make a statement separately [all nine of them] ..i bet non of them would know where to start..because a liar has to have a good memory...so which of the many conflicting statement would they pick...

The McCanns may well get away with their crimes against their children and whatever part they played in Madeleine's abduction, but they can never be confident they will get away with their crimes. They will always be looking over their shoulder and dreading every knock on their door.

Kate McCann looks dreadful now and she is not going to look any better as the years roll on. She and her husband may never be prosecuted in a court of law, but mark my words, they will be persecuted by Sean and Amalie, as soon as they are able to access information, about that so called family holiday. I wouldn't be surprised if the McCanns have tried brainwashing Sean and Amalie and if they have, the brainwashing might work while they are still small, but all the brainwashing will go out of the window when the children are older.

I can only imagine what it will be like in the McCanns household, when these children do find out the circumstances surrounding Madeleines' disappearance, the McCanns won't know what hit them. Madeleine may never get the justice she deserves in a court of law, but she will get some kind of justice from her brother and sister, by the time they have finished dealing with their parents.

I would hope that the twins do make steps to find out the truth of what happened to their sister but remember we are talking at least 10 years hence I think.

Will we all be still discussing it then as if we are not and the blogs are gone then there will be nothing for them to find on the internet except their parents press statements (sorry media articles) lol

Hello Gillyspot, the twins, who are now around 6yrs of age, will start asking questions in the not too distant future. They will soon learn what happened, from the children in the playground, who have heard their parents talking about this case. The McCanns may well bar the children from using the internet in their home, but there will be nothing to stop the children going to their mates and accessing the internet there in a few years time.

I may be completely wrong about the twins, but I'm sure I am right that the McCanns will never be 100% sure that they will escape justice from their crimes.

As soon as I heard that the McCanns had lied about the shutter and admitted leaving their apartment unlocked, when the shutter was found to be intact, I thought Madeleine had either been abducted or she had walked out of the apartment to go to look for her parents.

As soon as I heard Kate McCann say that she and her husband never physically searched for Madeleine, I was 100% sure she wasn't abducted and I began to think the McCanns were more involved with Madeleine's disappearance than neglect. Especially as the McCanns also said that Madeleine couldn't have possibly walked out of the unlocked apartment.

kathybelle..................... yes when it first was reported .....but knew something wasn't right the first time i saw k mcc.............although i kept it too myself for a while as if i had been wrong ...i would have felt uncaring ....

but then [my first time on the internet as it was used for home work etc].....by looking for news i found the forum missing maddie on sun online..became a member ...and couldnt believe how many thought exactly the same as me .....and then for reasons i still cant explain became obsessed with it ..24/7...although no were near now as bad as i was ...mostly now i just read and hope they will make a mistake...

the reason i asked u... although i thought you didnt ......was in your earlier post whre u mentioned they was responsible for the abduction [like as in leaving them on there own].... hope u didnt mind me asking ...thanks for ur reply

Perhaps the mccanns are accumulating the money for one thing....to do what max Moseley has so far spent over 500,000 pounds to date on.......getting his articles REMOVED from the google websites here and abroad.

As Lioned said so much time has gone by and without a confession which aint going to happen , what next, if a body was found after all this time even if cause of death was discovered , how is it proved they were responsible ,but i live in hope and still turn up here , not every day but i’m still here .

The twins were born in February 2005, which means they would have started school in 2009 (the school year in which they would be 5) This year, they will have started in the juniors and be mixing with all of the junior children up to age 11 in the playground. Some of those older children will have people at home who talk about the case. Also, many primary schools now have computers the children can use during break times and it won't be long before Sean and Amelie are using their 'free computer time,' in classrooms and in break time to look on the internet for themselves and their sister, egged on by older children who will be urging them to 'just have a look.'

anna it wouldnt suprise me if the twins got one to one with a teacher . i had to fight and fight for my lad help when he was young .infact does anyone know if they attend school still , they might be taught at home , care of the fund

I think the twins are still attending school. There was a photo recently of Kate walking along with the twins and Sean looked like he was in school uniform.

ETA: I bet the McCanns wouldn't have to fight if one or both of the twins needed extra attention.

Well i shall certainly keep going at least until such time as there is some transparency in what they say and do.Justice can only come now from a confession so we may have to console ourselves with the fact that we are getting under their skin.
The internet is awash with information on the mccanns and they can never escape that and neither will the twins.The name mccann is synonymous with child neglect,they'll not have many friends.

Looking at the state of them at the moment then their lives must be rubbish.

i really cant believe that in august/september 2007 the case seemed a formality to find the right conclusion & now nov 2011 the status quo that exists
