I agree Lioned but unfortunately that has nothing to do with TB's case. He will most likely be punished tomorrow for dedicating the last 6 years of his life trying to find out what happened to Madeleine.

just bumping this -- just been on fb pages and tony has posted he is going to step away from posting -- spending time with his family -- thankyou tony a true gentleman -- and i hope he gets the chance to be with his family and left alone now -- best wishes and love to you and your family

Tony may well be buoyed by the court of Public Opinion. It won't make very pleasant reading for the McCanns. Their reputation has gone for ever, by the looks of this.

Yes, it's been a few weeks now since the mass Censorship has more or less stopped.

But how does it square with those who claim there must be Super_Injunctions or some other gagging mechanism in place?

Surely Publishing third-party opinion via Comments is essentially Journalism by another name?
