Re: Andy Redwood...?
Just a little reminder for Andy as we think there may be an update later on.
As Andy apparently knows the name of the 'snatcher' (i know according to the Express !)
http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/437079/We-know-name-of-Madeleine-McCann-s-snatcher-Police-get-new-lead-from-Crimewatch
"Madeleine's parents Kate and Gerry McCann said they were "absolutely delighted" with the "overwhelming" response to the fresh appeal for information. In a statement, they said: "We know the public desperately want to help the search for Madeleine."
Well they are right about that.
This is such a good picture of the lying duo as it sums them up so well. The smug ever confident gerry and the increasingly ugly and bewildered kate.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
Looking at this photograph I was astounded by the facial resemblance of our dear Dr Gerry and the latest, but sadly not the greatest James Bond...Daniel Craig... Amazingly however, both Dr Gerry and Kate share a facial characteristic with, just in my own honest opinion you understand, another great and outstanding film icon..Lioned wrote:Just a little reminder for Andy as we think there may be an update later on.

Please malena do not compare Gerry McCann to Daniel Craig, I adore Daniel Craig. I think most of us women think he makes a great James Bond

Re: Andy Redwood...?
Well that was a non revelation moment. How not to answer the questions put to you. I understand that DCI Andy Redwood cannot say anything for "operational Reasons" (guess who that sounds like), I think he was very circumspect when responding to the questions about the Fundraiser in Chiefs thoughts on a joint investigation, which we all thought we already had.
I have to say I thought he looked and spoke professionally, I think he must be under tremendous pressure having the Fundraiser in Chief for a boss, yet I have a feeling DCI Redwood will surprise us yet.

Well what an absolute waste of time. Redwood looked as if he would rather be anywhere than on that program.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
The whole British investigation seems to be a waste of time, and a waste of a lot of taxpayers' money. It's alright for people to say, 'it's a child, money shouldn't come into it', but every year hundreds of children disappear. I don't know of one other case that has this much public money thrown at it. That comes alongside the private donations to the parents. To add to this, what other missing child case that has (even if briefly) featured the parents as 'persons of interest' has had so much money devoted to trying to find out what has happened, when there's still no indication that a child was ever abducted in the first place? The one piece of evidence that has been available from the start is that Madeleine disappeared. A child vanished - how does that excuse her parents from any part in the mystery?

Re: Andy Redwood...?
So what do we know now about Andy Redwood ?
First off he avoided all the questions.
Nothing on tractorman. And not even a question on Smithman the main suspect.
Andy has every intention to work hard but not solve the case "in the coming weeks and months"
And one most important thing i noticed about Andy Redwood is that he never blinks ! Either this could mean that he is determined to concentrate on not laughing or more likely he is a Reptilian.

I believe it was solved for him a long time ago, now like all others he must simply do as he is told.Iris wrote:IMO he's already solved it. He knows.Lioned wrote:

Absolutely - his job is to come up with a plausible alternative.mara thon wrote:I believe it was solved for him a long time ago, now like all others he must simply do as he is told.Iris wrote:IMO he's already solved it. He knows.Lioned wrote:

It is getting near crimbo, after all!
Suits the MO of BOTH the PJ and MET!
Don't know how JT 'missed' the big pointy hat in her 'sighting'
Or the Smiths 'missed' the huge 'crook' the blackman was carrying in their 'sighting'!
Undoubtably there will be 'innocent explanations' to explain these 'omissions'

Re: Andy Redwood...?
OK what do we think of Andy Redwood so far ?
There is enough doubt about the mccanns behaviour and discrepancies in the statements and clearly no evidence of an Abductor.
Supported by some forensic evidence and the dogs.
Any kind of grilling would surely quiver the wreck that is kate mccann. And a junior detective could slice up tanner without breaking sweat.
I think we would know if Andy had called the mccanns or any tapas lot in for questioning.
The idea that he is playing mind games and behind the scenes eliminating everything else bit by bit with the end game focusing on the mccanns doesnt make any sense at all.
Sorry but the psychoanalysis of the man that never blinks will start soon.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
Yes my vote is somewhere between A and B now.
There is some truth that sociopaths do not blink, also some people with Autism may not blink.
There is some evidence to suggest that those who tell lies dont blink.
note. when i say dont blink that probably doesn't mean never blinks but just not with the usual frequency that we tend to accept as normal.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
I think we should also recognise that it cannot be easy for him.
He is either trying to do a good job and solve the case.
or
He is doing as he is told.
Andy Redwood is probably a very nice chap who may have a wife and children (i have no idea about his family situation). He has a job and needs to earn a wage maybe to pay a mortgage.
If he is telling lies its because he has to, i am not sure we can blame him if he needs to protect his career.
At the moment we really dont know either way but things are certainly moving, you cannot imagine that he has a blank cheque book and endless time.
So he has to come up with some answers fairly soon.Chances are SY will wriggle out of it and pass the buck back to Portugal, thats my current thinking fwiw.
