SOMEONE WAS SAYING PERHAPS THE PERSON'S FAMILY MIGHT SUE THE HOSPITAL ON THE GROUNDS THERE WERE NO WARNING SIGNS SUPPOSEDLY.

ONLY PROBLEM IS NONE OF THE COPPER THIEVES SEEM TO READ THE DANGER SIGNS ANYWAY.

PERHAPS MORE PUBLICITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ILL RESULTS OF CABLE THEFTS.

ELECTRICITY COMPANY EMPLOYEES HAVE FOUND CASUALTIES OF SUCH ACTIVITIES WHEN VISITING SUBSTATIONS.

SOME METAL THEFTS BROKE INTO A CANCER SUFFERER HOME AND TOOK THEIR RADIATORS IN BELFAST.

SOME METAL THIEVES HAVE TAKEN TO TARGETING POLICE STATIONS,USUALLY CLOSED ONES.

IN CALIFORNIA,METAL THIEVES HAVE KNOCKED A RADIO STATION OFF THE AIR.

IN NOTTINGHAM,ENGLAND, ANYTHING METAL IS NOW MARKED WITH SMART WATER SO IT CAN BE TRACED.
ALSO ROAD SIGNS LEADING INTO NOTTINGHAM HAVE WARNED POTENTIAL METAL THIEVES OF THIS.

A HOSPITAL IN GLAMORGAN HAS HAD TO CANCELL ITS OPERATIONS AFTER METAL THIEVES STRIKE.

I READ A FEW DAYS AGO THAT METAL THIEVES CAUSED A OIL SPILL IN USA

I watched a programme yesterday, Tuesday, about China in Africa. They helped to fund the building of a railway together with some contributions from Western Countries so that they could export copper to China. I can't find any details at the moment but because of corruption the railway has barely been able to run and none of the copper mined has been exported for some time. They showed it baled up sitting in the railway yard, masses of it, but inadequate rolling stock to take it to the coast.

No wonder the price of copper is up!

Unemployed Michael Coyle was caught on camera trying to sell the 5ft by 3ft bronze memorial

Michael Coyle has been sentenced to nine weeks in prison for trying to sell a war memorial plaque that he stole from a Cheshire church.

The memorial is going to cost £7,000 to replace and has still not been found since Coyle and an unknown accomplice stole it in July.

The copper panel, which honours men who died in both World Wars, was taken from Christ Church in Willaston.

Relatives of those honoured on the memorial said that Coyle was a “disgrace”.

The jobless thief was caught on camera trying to sell the 5ft by 3ft bronze memorial.

Scrap metal merchants were suspicious when Coyle brought the plaque in to sell. When they asked how he came to have it, he insisted that an 'old guy' had given it to him.

Cheshire Police Constable Ruth Purdie told the BBC: "The soaring value of metal during the economic downturn has meant that many places of worship have become targets for thieves with no respect for the consequences".

Hopefully the real criminals he'll come in contact with during his short stay inside will have a heart to heart discussion with him for giving the criminal element of this country a bad name

A Barbara Hepworth sculpture which is insured for £500,000 has been stolen by suspected scrap metal thieves from Dulwich Park in south London.

The bronze piece, called Two Forms (Divided Circle), was cut from its plinth overnight, Trevor Moore of Dulwich Park Friends said

The price it could fetch as scrap metal would only be a tiny fraction of its value as a complete work.

Southwark Council is offering a reward for the thieves' arrest and conviction.

Mr Moore said it was thought they broke into the park through a gate off the South Circular.

THE TWO DEATHS A WEEK I MENTIONED IS TWO DEATHS A MONTH IN ANOTHER ARTICLE.
DEATHS FROM CUTTING INTO LIVE CABLES OR FALLING FROM CHURCH ROOFS.
IN AMERICA METAL SHEETS? WHICH WERE TO CONTRUCT A COOLANT TOWER WERE STOLEN.

ALSO THERE WAS A CABLE THIEVE WHO CAUGHT FIRE AND HAD TO BE HOSED DOWN IN A CAR WASH TO EXTNUISH(SP?) THE FLAMES,NEXT WEEK WAS AT IT AGAIN.
