Re: EXCLUSIVE: British police identify 'Maddy suspects' and urge Portuguese to act
He is saying a dozen potential suspects who need to be interviewed.
Why is there nothing about this on the Official FB page? No comments even. Surely supporters would be excited at this news?

Re: EXCLUSIVE: British police identify 'Maddy suspects' and urge Portuguese to act
Was KM's 'visit' to PDL a subliminal message to the other T8/9 to carry on 'toeing the line'?
They, the T8/9 don't know what she could, or could not, have said to 'somebody' when she was there.
We know she's lied in the past, re book, and not beyond her, imo, to do the same to the T8/9.
EG
JT: " did you speak to the police, on the sly, when you were in PDL, Kate?"
KM: "no, no Jane, just a vigil to be closer to Madeleine"
JT: "oh, that's good"
With all these 'rumours' about GM and 'new friend' maybe Kate needs to reinforce to G that he is married to her.
Gerry and the fitness instructor in PDL. It was Gerry that 'invited' her to join them at tapas table.
Kates nose well out of joint, imo. Slept in seperate room that night, apparently.
How does ANYONE know what she said, and to whom, on her visit?
They weren't with her.
Then suddenly, after her visit to PDL, we get this 'exposure'
If that won't keep the T8/9 'in line' then nothing will!
Implied THREAT, imo.
Also a bit odd with the SY implying that the entire PJ 'missed' all these potential 'persons of interest' in the files.
Same goes for the entire Leicestershire police force.
How come KM, dosen't get a mention, as she also must have 'missed' these 'clues' when she, supposedly, spent a £100,000 'translating' the files.?
IMO, this is all to keep the 'holiday makers' and her husband firmly in check.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE EVERY LAW AGENCY OF AN ENTIRE COUNTRY RETALIATE AGAINST THE INCESSANT CONTINUALLY IMPLIED 'TOTAL INCOMPETENCE' AND CRITICISM OF THEIR NATIONAL POLICE FORCE?
SY HAVE NEVER F*****D UP, HAVE THEY?
Oh, I forgot they didn't find poor Tia Sharp's body in loft despite 4 'searches'

"To ask for the process to be reopened, all it would take is a letter to the Prosecutor, as it has already happened in so many other cases. It costs them(the McCanns) nothing, just the stamp on the letter."
From Mr Brunt in PDL.
"what's interesting is there is a need from SY for the investigation to be formally reopened, now that's an elaborate procedure that would have to be gone through that stems from the attorney general giving the green light to the prosecuter and then the prosecuter getting the local detective force re engaged."
_________________________________________________________
ELABORATE PROCEDURE?
Well, i suppose licking a stamp and putting on envelope might be considered ELABORATE in Rothley!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MB
"people in PDL have said quite recently they've seen Portuguese police sometimes lone detectives accompanied by SY detectives who are not exactly knocking on doors around the OC............."
"there was an awful lot of information gathered around mobile phone use cell site evidence of where phones were used that's the kind of investigation that according to SY sources wasn't done properly and needs to be re visited"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
"WASN'T DONE PROPERLY"?
I heard that Portugal are getting electricity access, some time in the next TEN years!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MB
"i guess there are lots of diplomatic niceties to be observed and certainly if were the Portuguese government you would not want to be seen to be bounced into reopening an investigation that you exhausted at the time because another country is telling you that it should be done"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NO DIPLOMATIC NICETIES NEEDED AT ALL, MR BRUNT, JUST A LETTER FROM THE MCCANNS, ASKING THE PROSECUTOR TO RE OPEN THE CASE, AND A STAMP ON AN ENVELOPE!!
BUT, AS WE ALL KNOW, THE ONLY ENVELOPES THE MCCANNS ARE INTERESTED IN ARE THE ONES THAT CONTAIN MONEY WHICH JUST HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED KATE AND GERRY, ROTHLEY!
THEY will get there, says Clarence.

So the list contains mainly foreigners and a few British people? This changes by the hour. Brunt didn't seem that comfortable with what he was saying in my opinion.

It's the same old totally and absolutely meaningless rubbish and spin. Have the found Madeleine - no. Have they got the person/people responsible - no. Are they any closer to finding either of these two things - no. What a load of tosh.

No wonder Sky subscriptions are high if they have to send Brunty for a weekend break to PdL to report basically nothing.

It seems to me that there must be something fairly significant going on. With all the spin that's been going on the past couple of years, Brunty hasn't always gone to PDL Yet, there he is. Kate McCann went to PDL, Robert Murat called for a reconstruction and now Brunty in PDL following another statement from a SY detective. Are things hotting up here?

Martin Brunt has said the 'suspects' are foreign, ie, not British. That rules out the McCanns and Tapas.

Did he say "not British"? Foreign in Portugal could mean not Portuguese. So, foreign to us Brits or foreign to Portugal?

"I wonder if they mean a dozen people who could be involved. Or a dozen people who might give vital evidence. Like the Smiths."
And the Gaspars.

Re: EXCLUSIVE: British police identify 'Maddy suspects' and urge Portuguese to act
As far as I remember, the McCanns had two months to ask for the case to be re-opened, they didn't ask.
There is definitely something is in the air , don't know if it is going to be endgame for the McCanns or yet another Press reaction to Campbells statement, leading nowhere , I won't believe anything until the Portugese make a Statement, in fact I think Campbell and Redwood have been very disrespectful to the Portugese who must have resented the British interference..

Re: EXCLUSIVE: British police identify 'Maddy suspects' and urge Portuguese to act
Will Brunty be having a word with Jenny and R M, after all, he's only 100 metres from RM's house?
All that way to Portugal and not to ask Mr Murat what he meant by his 'bring them all back' statement would seem very, very odd!
Unless of course.....................
"but do you know Robert Murat, Mr Brunt?"
'er, um, I'm not going to comment on that....(cough)!"

Brunt tweeted yesterday that they were investigating the MURDER of Madeleine McCann. He very quickly changed it to "disappearance" but not before loads of ppl had seen it. I hope somebody got a screenshot.
