Re: Andy Redwood...?
This really is becoming ridiculous! SY denying the story but stating they have sent the letter to portugal and the Pink P*nce getting the ridiculous story out to all the media. Who the hell is Mitchell, how much power does he have? Then we have more stories about the MET fabricating evidence. I really am sick of it.

I wonder if anyone really knows whats going on or if the whole mess just has a momentum of its own.
Its hard to imagine there is any kind of intelligent plan unravelling.

Could the blond Germans actually be the Norwegians? But not the burglars.
Such a small place for so many evil doers. You would think some of them would have seen the others but between the lurking watchers and responsible checkers and would be burglars nobody saw the abduction, not even jane.

Off course there is just half a chance all these odd spotty blonde swarthy baddies are just ordinary innocent holidaymakers going about their business of just being, well sort of ordinary.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
Being on the balcony of a flat that isn't rented is kind of dodgy... but if they were just hanging out on a balcony to get some sun I think it COULD be tourists, that's why people go to Portugal. To get the sun.
I just can't get my head around the "burglary gone wrong" scenario. Lurking pedos either. It must be the biggest set of coincidences EVER, the main one being that the parents were predictable in their neglect. Every night.
An opportunistic pedo though wouldn't be traveling in a pack of three. It just doesn't seem likely the blond watchers had anything to do with it; they'd have had to have a plan before going to PDL. Let's go to a little resort where there's no listening service and see if we can find some people stupid enough to abandon their kids for hours at a time?
Burglars too - you don't kidnap a kid when you are burgling, and you don't kidnap a kid to KEEP from being caught. To keep from being caught you run away, not weighed down by a screaming terrified kid.
None of their big leads makes much sense to me.
Maybe the pedos were having a holiday together, not planning anything, and it just happened to be the bad luck for MM that it was the same place she was being left.

WHY didn't the 'burglars' take a child the night BEFORE, when, according to KM . there might have been someone in the kids room that woke up Maddie and that's why she asked us why didn't you come when me and Sean were crying'
But no, the dumb ass gang went back the NEXT night and risked being caught AGAIN!

And let us not forget, these burglars would have entered the apartment before 9:05 pm because Gerry noticed the door open more than he had left it.
We also have the burglars still in the apartment between Gerry's check and Matt's check at 9:25 pm, so that one of the burglars could open the door to 50 degrees for Matt to find it that way after Gerry had returned the door to 5 degrees.
And then we have the burglars still in the apartment after Matt's check and before Kate's 10 pm discovery of the door completely open.
So, the burglars hung around in the apartment for half an hour or longer, could not find or collect any valuables during this time, but then suddenly panicked sometime between Matt and Kate's checks and decided to take Madeleine instead of the material possessions. Unf-ingbelievable!

Saying " burglary gone terribly wrong" sounds good, doesn't it? Like something you'd read in the news. Until you match it with the evidence. Then it does seem like the Pink Panther is putting it together.
The burglars hide out in there - cursing the luck that they've stumbled into the one flat that has someone checking it every ten minutes and bumbling around outside talking to each other. They have to bide their time til they can find a gap between responsible adults being there, to run away. In order to ease that risky maneuver, they stuff a 40 pound person out a window (otherwise it'd be too easy to just skip out the door and high tail it). This will make our getaway simpler and we'll be less noticeable!

Re: Andy Redwood...?
I think when they say burglary gone terribly wrong they mean a person was killed during the course of it, not stolen. Burglars don't steal people.
It tells me that someone at SY may be less inclined to wave off Eddie and Keela's findings than the McCanns are, using their legalese and wrong facts to discredit the dogs.
in fact disgracing Amaral and the PJ and discrediting the dogs - all of this seems like a defense strategy that wouldn't be needed by innocent people
but if the burglars were trying to make a get away realizing they had the wrong place, too much activity on this one night, they could have accidentally killed MM to keep her silent. So between 915 say and 935 when people heard the calls for her, or if we believe Kate (no) ten pm. They killed her during that time while twins peacefully slumbered and the alert-hearing Mrs Fenn heard nothing.
Then so cops wouldn't suspect a burglary gone wrong, because it would be so bizarre for burglars to take a child, they took her body. Hence the lack of screaming and kicking.
If that is the case and they have the burglars they should be able to get one of them to sing - tell us where you left the body and how she died and we will let you off easy.

So the burglars came the night before, Madeleine woke up, they drugged her but decided NOT to take her, came back the next night and 'abducted' her!
One off the three burglars would off shouted their mouth off and tried to get the 2m reward.....

If Madeleine was murdered in the apartment by burglars would the McCanns clean everything so well that there wasn't even a drop of her DNA, or the burglars, left in the apartment?

Re: Andy Redwood...?
So the mccanns remain unimpressed with Andy Redwoods 'revelations' and they still tout tannerman/crecheman/going the wrong way a bit lost fatherman,as their number one suspect.
It seems that maybe SY and team mccann are not on the same page after all.Which does throw up the chance that Andy is working away on his own accord .
So perhaps their should be another category E ) Andy Redwood 'nice but dim'.Well we don't know if he's nice or not,for all we know he is one of them rotten Masons who are pledged to support their own and keep secrets.Murder and Treason excepted.
Looking at how long the process is taking i would have to say the chances of Andy being a bit Dim is increasing.

Re: Andy Redwood...?
Oh for goodness sake, bloody burglars! What a load of rubbish.
OK, so burglars could have gotten in considering the place was unlocked and on finding Madeleine awake it seems to me they would get out quick.
A 3 year old would not be able to identify them so no point in letting themselves in for a murder charge.
No point in stealing her either if they only went in for cash, phones etc. Can you just imagine them going down the local market and trying to sell a child instead of a knocked-off camera! Or going to their local contact and telling him...no we didn't get any cameras or jewellery but we got a 3 year old girl.
Oh paleese!

Hi Angelina, how could such a Senior Police Officer come up with this fantasy ?????If they havn't found anything why doesn't admit it to Theresa May and let OPORTO carry on with it's investigation. Redwood is looking increasingly stupid .

Hi Panda. I just don't know. I can't believe that this is what he really thinks. As far as I can see he's either thick, doing what he's told and covering something up or playing some game of his own re the McCanns. It certainly doesn't give me any confidence in our police.

It wasn't the police who came up with the burglars.

EXACTLY - He should have told them to put a lid on it because THEY (and all their "sources") are hindering the investigation. Lack of respect for Madeleine all around.
