Yes, you can. Selling the seeds is not illegal and you can actually buy them at Wellesbourne market in Warwickshire. I was given some by a friend and I shared them with another friend, who grew the plants in her conservatory. Well, someone must have reported her to the police because one day there was a knock at her door and when she opened it, a crowd of cops with dogs burst into her hallway!
