Kate will burble on about "the rights of human beings," and Gerry will chant his mantra about there being, "no evidence." A source close to the family will say that Kate and Gerry will never stop looking for Madeleine. Expect the same ingredients to their speech whether they win or lose!

Let's just remember this is NOT a libel case. It's about the possible overturning of a temporary injunction. If GA loses, the McCanns will claim it means he was libellous. If he wins, they'll be shitting bricks because the floodgates will open IMO.
