Totally agree. They're trying their luck and want something for nothing! Total Scum!
And all this talk about it being cuts in education etc. They must be having a laugh. Most of these thugs probably never went to school anyway, never mind further education!

HERE'S A THOUGHT,WHAT WILL THESE SCUM/LAYABOUTS DO WHEN SOCIAL SECURITY IS ONLY AVAIBLE FOR THE DISABLED LIKE MYSELF,THEY WILL HAVE GET OFF THEIR A*** TO WORK,NO LAYING AROUND THEN.
THEY SHOULD BE MAKING THEMSELVES AS EMPLOYABLE AS POSSIBLE,NOT LOOTING SHOPS AS THAT DAY MAY APPROACH THAN SOONER ONE'S THINKS.

Sky were saying they're going to be tried in Crown Court not magistrates, 10 years max instead of 6 months.
They're going to HAVE to jail some BB otherwise they'll do it again.

Yes, I heard yesterday on the radio that they were being referred to Crown Court because the Magistrates Court was limited in the sentences they could hand down.
Some years ago, I was working in a really awful childrens' home, where most of the kids had a long string of offences to their credit. They would go before the magistrates all washed and dressed neatly, presented as poor kid from a childrens' home Ah ain't had a chance, and they'd come away with time at an Attendance Centre or a supervision order. Let's hope that doesn't happen.
Re: Riots in Tottenham now

AnnaEsse, there must be something seriously lacking in their Brain cells that makes these yobbos think it is cool to start fires, endangering life, cause malicious damage etc. Over 300 arrested already but very few will be given Jail sentences because they are under age.!!

Re: Riots in Tottenham now
What really pisses me off is that the age of criminal responsibility is 10 years. so why in hell can't they be treated as criminals instead of making excuses for them saying that they didn't know what they were doing was wrong!!!!! BS a kid of 3 knows right from wrong.
